Cherry Bourbon BBQ Half Chicken
serves 2 to 4

1 to 2 chickens weighing about 3 lbs
1 bottle cue culture cherry bourbon BBQ Sauce
4 tbls butter

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut chicken in half down the middle
Rub Cherry bourbon sauce and butter into all side of chicken halves.
Place drum side up in aluminum lined pan. Cook for about 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours or until chicken is 185 degrees F and juices run clear. Serve immediately
