Stuffed Pork ChopsStuffed pork chops with cider gravy
4 village food market stuffed pork chops
1 cup hot chicken broth
2/3 cup apple cider
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp cold water
Bake pork chops at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until thermometer inserted into center registers 155 degrees. Remove from pan, cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Take the baking pan and place on top burner on the stove and set on medium high heat and add chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan. Let stock come to a boil and add cider and return to a boil. Add corn starch to cold water and mix thoroughly. Add to boiling liquid and cook for three minutes. Serve along side meat.
